This group of pathfinders recognised the lack of a water treatment licensing system in the UK in regards to water softeners and water filtration so they decided to make a change. The AIWSE is a non profit organisation, owned by its members to promote skills and ethics within the water softener industry.
We have established our own registration scheme and learning syllabus that members agree to adhere to.
All members are approved by the Association of Independent Water Softener Experts and have to meet the following criteria.
Vetted - Interviewed and known by their industry peer group.
Insured - Public and employees liability
Qualified - Agreed that they and their staff will undertake continual professional development provided by the AIWSE

Our members take your needs seriously. The very first step before looking at water softeners is a thorough survey of your premises and needs so that they can offer you great soft water solutions. Due to current COVID situation many members are undertaking a pre-survey over the phone or online.
Once the survey has been completed and discussed, we expect all our members to give a full written quotation showing the water softener, any water filtration and the labour element, so that you understand exactly what you need and what will be involved.
With years of knowledge and practice under their belts, plus continuous training, our members are very proud of the quality of their water softener installs. In fact in our private forum the most shared pictures are of installs that companies are extra proud of.
