Welcome to all our members who have completed level one learning.
Many of our members and staff have now completed four of the level one learning modules covering, water chemistry, legionella, salt and water treatment. These are designed as an introduction for all staff members so that they can better help your customers. Each individual has undertaken learning and development, passed a series of exams and received certificates. Those that have successfully completed all four can now display their silver pin 'certificated water representative'
