He is very knowledgeable and skilled in his field and he always goes beyond his duty of care. I also own a Quooker hot water system which is serviced by Jason too. I can't praise him highly enough. Over the number of years of using this company I've never had any communication issues and as mentioned earlier customer service is impeccable. I can't stress enough the importance of this fact as I believe many companies fail in this department this day and age. Jason always turns up when agreed, he is very polite, personable and leaves no mess!!
